Great Product, Bad Customer Service

I was excited to receive my order, so when I finally got the call about it arriving I was confused because the courier was in BATANGAS. I am in MANILA. I double checked my order details, I did NOT make a mistake. I dmed the shop's ig, as well as sent an email. NO RESPONSE from either. Fortunately, the courier was kind enough to reroute my order to an alternate address I have in CAVITE, so that it could arrive sooner. A family member received it for me. The packaging wasn't the best. The actual perfume bottle was safe, but the box was a little damaged. As much as I would love to order from this shop again, I will stick to ordering when in the US. As for the perfume itself, it smells amazing.
