    Very disappointed with this purchase. I've ordered this exact Thayers Unscented Facial Mist multiple times before because it works well for my skin, but the bottle I received this time was cloudy and looked contaminated or defective. I initially thought it might have been shaken during transit, so I let it sit for several hours, but it never returned to normal.

    This product normally has a clear appearance, so receiving it in this condition is concerning. I reached out regarding the issue, but I have not received a response still. For a skincare product that goes directly on the face, quality control should be taken seriously.

    I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve how they handle defective products and customer concerns.
